SESSA invites active participation in the event organisation, promotion, and management from full member institutions. There is the opportunity within SESSA for member institutions to directly influence and shape the future competition structure, and at the same time satisfying one’s own institutional needs.

All Colleges in Southern England are eligible to enter SESSA events.

Please download the information below which will enable you to affiliate and enter competitions.

Competition Entry

Institutions can enter the full range of events on offer or just a single competition. Each sport has an individual volunteer event coordinator. If you would like to enter individuals or teams into a competition you should check the entry details on the relevant sports tab and then complete the entry form.

Fees

Affiliation Fees   
The fee is based on the total number of students in your institution, not just those playing sport

STUDENTS        FEE
Up to 2000         £200
Over 2000          £400

Leagues, Cups and One day tournament entries: £50.00

Specific fees for individual events apply.

Hosting / Organising Events

We are always on the lookout for sports staff within institutions to host events and/or get involved with the organisation of the event. If you could host a competition at your facilities or would like to initiate a new competition under the SESSA banner, then please contact admin@sessa.ac.uk
